How much will it cost to repair my appliance?
Our service fees range from $89-$129. Once we have a confirmed diagnosis, you will be provided with a total repair cost including if any additional parts and/or labor are needed. The service fee is applied towards the total repair cost.
How soon can you come fix my appliance?
We make every attempt to schedule appointments within two business days and are often able to offer same or next day service. We allow enough time to complete the repairs at the initial appointment, but depending on part availability, follow-up appointments may be necessary.
How does scheduling work?
We schedule appointments in two-hour arrival windows. Unfortunately, since we do not know what the call prior will entail, we are unable to narrow it down any further. However, we always provide a courtesy phone call when we are on the way to an appointment should you need to meet us there.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please make sure the appliance is accessible, and there is space to work around the machine. We frequently have to work behind and under appliances. The appliance needs to be installed so that we can properly test the unit. We request that refrigerators be on for a minimum of 24 hours prior to our appointment. Avoid use of your oven near our appointment time so that the technician can access the unit at safe temperatures. Please have dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers empty and not in use. If you are experiencing an intermittent issue, such as an abnormal noise, it is helpful if you can obtain a video of the problem to provide to the technician.
Do you work with home warranty companies?
We are partnered with American Home Shield. You will have to initiate the work order through them, but we will contact you within four business hours of receiving the dispatch. If you have another home warranty, we will have to collect directly from you but will be able to provide all the necessary documentation for you to file for reimbursement with your home warranty company.
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes! We are partnered with several local property management companies and individual landlords. After receiving a dispatch, we will contact the tenant directly to schedule a mutually agreeable appointment time. We will keep the property manager or homeowner aware of the process, provide estimates, and can set up billing accounts.
My machine is still under manufacturer warranty, can I call you to repair?
No. You will need to contact your manufacturer directly to initiate service. We are currently authorized repair vendors for LG and Dacor.
Where are you located?
We do not have a storefront. All team members work remotely, and all repairs are done onsite in your home.
Are you licensed and insured?
In the state of Texas there is no business license required or available for appliance repair. However, we do carry certifications (EPA, MCAP, CSM), and we are adequately insured for your peace of mind. Additionally, technicians do undergo regular background screenings.
Do you provide a warranty on appliance repairs?
All repairs completed will come standard with a 90-day/three-month warranty on both parts and labor.
Do you sell appliance parts?
Yes! We do sell parts for DIYers and include delivery and shipping options. Visit our sales page for ordering options.
Do you sell used appliances?
Though our main focus is repairs, we do occasionally have used appliances for sale. Check out our appliances page for current inventory.
